The Fibonacci spiral
Coming back to our Fibonacci sequence: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144…
What these numbers are doing is super-imposing themselves on the golden ratio. Mother nature, or our physical, unfolded universe is the result of enfolded OHM sound patterns that are collapsing into physicality. This series is in fact implying or harmonising with an invisible, theoretical dynamic constant.
You will notice that the ratio between them is roughly Φ, but not precisely. In fact, as you go further up the sequence, the ratio gets closer to 1.618, but never fits perfectly. Here is the Fibonacci spiral, which you can see in flower heads, shells, plants, and pinecones. IT IS CURVED with a beginning and an end.
Although it looks similar to the golden mean spiral, you will NEVER see the golden mean spiral in nature. Mother nature harmonises as best she can. What you WILL see is the FIBONACCI spiral, which varies somewhat but is in reality so close as to be indistinguishable. Fibonacci ratios are also found in more obscure patterns like lightning flashes and leaf skeletons.
